I am looking to trade computer web development/Internet related work in exchange for rent.

Why am I looking to do this instead of paying rent outright?

Because I don't want to take the time to find additional clients to offer my web development services to in the San Diego area and to build relationships with them.

You see my mother's health is fading and I want to move to where she is in South America to be with her. In order to move down there as quickly as possible I must focus all my time and energy on making a living over the internet. It is far easier, much faster, and better all around if I simply exchange my skills for rent at my usual rate of $25 an hour and continue to focus mainly on getting my internet businesses off the ground. Instead of taking the time to make more money by focusing on continuing to build my web development business.

I need a business that will enable me to make a living in South America easily. Web development is great but not something I will be able to offer as readily where my mom is.

Here is what I offer you and bring to a potential exchange:

• I can set you up to make a living over the Internet by setting up web sites that will give you monthly income through Pay-per-Click advertising such as with Google Adsense. It's a great way to make additional income for retirement without being dependent on Social Security alone (it is NOT easy and involves a lot of work...mostly writing but, it can be done if you don't mind working to achieve internet success).
• I can help you achieve a high ranking in Google or as high as can be achieved (depending on your web site) using basic to advanced SEO principals and keyword targetting. This spells more money in your pocket through an increase in targeted and interested search engine trafic to your web site.
• I can create simple web sites allowing you to establish a web site presence for yourself or your business (no Flash, JavaScript, or other fancy stuff that is completely unnecessary for good web site ranking on Google). Includes working with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) either on a hosted server or setting it up locally for testing purposes on your local computer.

In short I am a PHP computer programmer and web developer offering you such services in exchange for rent (must include all utilities).

In these hard economic times it is a great thing to be able to leverage an Internet business to allow one to make a living from anywhere in the world without being tied to a local economy or the hiring whims of a corporation. What I am looking for:

• A quiet place with an always on internet connection (either wireless or Ethernet is fine).
• No party houses.
• No screaming kids running around everywhere or watching loud video games late into the night.
• Access to the kitchen around your schedule of eating and a shelf in the fridge for my food.
• A bathroom (shared or not makes no difference) to take a shower and use.
• Access to my bedroom at all hours with my own entrance key to the house (not that I will be out at all hours but I don't want to have to wake anyone up to let me in after a late night trip to the convenience store).
• All utilities (water, electricity, heat) in addition to an always on internet connection (either wireless or Ethernet is fine) must be included at no additional out-of-pocket cost to me.

I will consider alternative living arrangements such as staying in a trailer if you have such a thing available as long as my essential needs for housing and internet access are met.

I cannot stress enough that I am looking for a quiet place. A back bedroom where I can be left completely alone outside times we meet where I will help you with your computer needs would be ideal.

I will literally (I kid you not) be in front of my computer almost all day and into the night. Every day. Seven days a week (with an occasional time out with friends). I want to make enough as quickly as I can to enable me to move to South America where I won't be dependent on the local economy down there (which is not that great). That involves making a living over the internet. I even watch TV over the internet when I want to take a break.

I am involved in building two internet businesses. One is an Adsense empire of web sites which God willing I hope to make most of my money from. The other is a software application accessible over the Internet that will allow one's to make their own simple web sites (much simpler than using something like WordPress).

Some personal info:

• I am 51 years old and separated (though not officially or legally) from my wife who lives in Canada.
• I am a committed Christian (don't worry I am not a Bible thumper nor will I beat you over the head with bible verses). I say that to let you know that I cannot in good conscience work on adult oriented or other web sites that would be contrary to godliness and God's standard of righteousness.
• I have no car (don't want the added expense and don't really need one. It would be a waste for me to buy one only to turn around and sell it again on moving to South America).
• I don't do drugs nor do I drink (other than the extremely rare glass of wine).
• I don't have sex outside of marriage so I won't be bringing female companions to stay overnight with me.
• I am a U.S. citizen (I can show you my passport if you like) and am about as American as apple pie though I was born in South America.

Additional:

• I MUST be near a bus line so that I can go places when and if I need to.
• I MUST be within walking distance of a food store.
• I MUST be within walking distance of a laundromat if I cannot use your laundry machines (or such that you do not want me to use yours).

I am writing this to let people know that something seriously needs to change in our family justice system and NOW!!! Mr. Paul Guerrazzi who NOW resides at 1344 Vue De Ville in Pacific Beach, with his parents (who support his blatant disregard for the law, the grandfather is a retired doctor), his fiance, Kelly Flaherty, their new baby and her two kids, has 3 other children from a current marriage in which he does not pay child support. Our system allows for this to happen to families all of the time. Women and children are suffering because of these deadbeat dads. YOU, as taxpayers, are paying for these crimes, and should be OUTRAGED!!! Up until August of this year, this man was living in a 2200 sq foot home with an outdoor kitchen, cabana, a pool, etc...his rent was $2600.00 a month, when he and his fiance then decided they could afford to relocate to Kauai, HI and start a new business (yes, in this economy. And he claims to not be working and says that he cannot pay the current child support order of $1250.00 per month for 3 kids ($400.00 each.) He has totally abandoned his children (not to mention a stepson who is devastated) and he continues to bring more children into the world in which he will turn around and do the same to and the mother will then have to rely on the system for help and support to take care of a child Mr. Guerrazzi will leave to the taxpayer to support. Although, Mr. Guerrazzi has lost his driver's license in the state of California due to his delinquent obligation of child support in another county other than San Diego, he owes more than $40,000 in San Diego County alone!!! AND...on Mr. Guerrazzi's many trips back and forth from San Diego to Hawaii (which he could also afford), he managed to obtain a Hawaii Driver's License. Mr. Guerrazzi is also requesting another reduction in his child support. SOME NERVE!! oh, his fiance, has the nerve to ask her youngest child's father to bump up his child support. The man she is living with doesn't even pay his child support! The laws are set up to put these men in jail but why isn't it being done? They don't care about responsibility...driving without a driver's license is not big deal to them.....PLEASE HELP!!! THIS MAN AND OTHERS BELONG IN JAIL! LET'S START DEMANDING THAT THIS HAPPEN AND THAT THE STATE STOP USING YOUR TAX DOLLARS TO SUPPORT KIDS LEFT BEHIND BY UNLOVING & UNCARING PARENTS WHO NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAD CHILDREN TO BEGIN WITH!!

Their mother has a chronic illness and does the best she can to support her kids on her own BUT...it is the responsibility of both parents to make sure their kids are taken care of emotionally, physically and financially! Mr. Guerrazzi only has to write a check. He should move into a studio apartment or a motel or live with friends and family as his children have had to do!! He has no excuse! He is physically well, has devoted wealthy clients for over 20 years (so, to claim the economy is to blame is outrageous...just look at his lifestyle). He has 4 children and a fiance who share that lifestyle which he is able to support. The fact that he feels like he can have more children during these economic hard times i think says it all....OUTRAGEOUS!!! The system doesn't work for our children, it protects these men. If you or someone you know has been or is going through this then you know what I am talking about.
