If so, you might qualify for a research study on the effects of exercise & the Internet on smoking cessation!

You might be eligible if you meet the following criteria:

• Smoke at least 10 cigarettes a day
• Have been smoking regularly for at least 3 years
• Are motivated to quit smoking with assistance
• Do not exercise enough to meet general physical activity recommendations (e.g., aerobic exercise 5x per week, etc.)
• 18-64 years-old
• Body mass index (BMI) < 35
• Cleared by your physician to exercise moderately
• Fluently speak, read, & write in English
• Have daily access to the Internet
